1. Decide on your goal - what do you want to achieve?

2. Pick your profile

3. Sign up for an account

4. Download the app on your android device (see FAQ videos for tips)

5. Tick "Remember me" (to stay signed in), login and set your reminder to get into the habit

​

6. Start entering data, as much or little as you wish..... (device back button takes you to main menu)
